Mean Mommy

Hello all. I have a sweet/sad/make mommy feel horible story....

We have been teaching Penny that "you have to be gentle with Becca" Well she has extended that to "have to be gentle with Penny" too.

Well yesterday, I was trying to get Penny to eat her lunch and she was just dinking around, making me more and more iriated, I finally smacked the table and yelled (not scream) to eat her lunch. She looked at me with tears in her eyes and said "We have to be gentle with Penny" .

Boy, what lessons our kids can teach us. I felt so awfull about yelling at her. I sure hope I can remember her advise to be "gentle with Penny" while making sure I am not to leinent with her, it sure can be a hard balance.
